I refuse.

I refuse to lose your friendship, as far as it is up to me, over differences of opinion on current events.

I refuse.

I refuse to say you are not a Christian based on how you voted or your political party, or lack thereof.

I refuse.

I refuse to let the battles outside of us misdirect me from the calling on my life to reflect hope to you.

I refuse. 

Throughout my life, I have been a wandering minstrel who enjoys writing and singing songs as well as writing and telling stories. I also enjoy listening to and reading books. Along the way, it is a delight to travel and spend time with my family and friends. I like banana splits but seem to rarely have one. Most days I take walks and a lot of days I take pictures of what is around me. My aim is to reflect hope as I travel through life.
