In a book that I read earlier this year called "Unforgotten" by Kristen Heitzmann, there are a couple of thought-provoking quotes.

"What is shadow but darkness longing for light. What is fear but courage looking for hope."

"There is bliss in not knowing what can happen next, not seeing a trial until it's there. Then there is no chance to run."
Throughout my life, I have been a wandering minstrel who enjoys writing and singing songs as well as writing and telling stories. I also enjoy listening to and reading books. Along the way, it is a delight to travel and spend time with my family and friends. I like banana splits but seem to rarely have one. Most days I take walks and a lot of days I take pictures of what is around me. My aim is to reflect hope as I travel through life.
